As a learner, I have figured out some pretty useful hacks regarding studying:
โถ ๐๐ก๐จ๐ง๐๐ฌ ๐๐ฐ๐๐ฒ: Place it in somewhere like a safe, or have someone you trust (i.e., roommate, parent) hide it from you. Make sure itโs turned off, or at least on silent mode.
โท ๐๐๐ฏ๐ ๐๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฒ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐ง๐๐๐ ๐ซ๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ ๐ง๐๐ฑ๐ญ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ, ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ : If you get up to grab something that you need, thereโs a 99% chance you will get distracted by something else. Make sure all materials are right by you such as books/E-books, pens, copies, water bottle, etc.
โธ ๐๐ข๐๐ค ๐ ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ข๐ญ๐๐๐ฅ๐ ๐ฅ๐จ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: If you are anything like me, it will be a quiet, but not so silent place, with TVs and radios off, and no food in sight to serve as distractions. Some people study better in loud, bustling environments, and others in silent, bare roomsโฆ. Itโs totally up to you!!!
โน ๐๐ ๐๐๐, ๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐: Reading notes over and over is a waste of time. Do something. Make tests for urself, make flashcards/short notes, explain the topics to urself in a mirror (or someone else) etc.
